TRINITY FLOORING: A HOMEGROWN OREGON SUCCESS STORY

Launched from a garage in Portland, Trinity had humble beginnings. In 2013, we had a vision for a different kind of company. We opened a floor covering company serving new residential construction customers that focused on delivering exceptional service. Trinity has a showroom in the Portland metro area. The company has distribution facilities that are capable of servicing the state of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Plans to open additional design centers and retail locations throughout the Northwest are in the works. Although Trinity has expanded and evolved, one thing remains constant: the company’s commitment to integrity and the highest level of service.

In connection with our commitment to customer satisfaction, the strength of the residential construction industry in Oregon has helped fuel Trinity’s success. Seventy percent of our customer base is comprised of new residential clients. Trinity serves homebuilders in the greater metro area, including five of the top 25 in Portland metro area. Retail business is also an important part of our customer base and continues to remain strong in that area due to our commitment to excellent customer experience and fulfillment.
