Regularly scheduled and effective training programs on window coverings, hardwood, laminate, carpeting, vinyl/LVT flooring, and tile products ensure that our retail and design center showroom employees are extremely knowledgeable about all our products. Trinity has developed a highly trained and dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish by providing ongoing training to employees, as well as weekly product knowledge meetings with the company’s vendors and in-house management team.

Trinity’s staff is composed of highly experienced employees and currently has a number of employees that have more than 10 years of experience in the flooring industry.

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

City Team Ministries, who works with the local homeless individuals and families, has been a focus of Trinity’s ongoing commitment to charitable efforts in the community.  Trinity is also involved in several charitable activities, including school supply drives, holiday gift and food programs, and  tournament fundraisers. Giving back to the community is one of the core values of Trinity Flooring and is always on the lookout for new opportunities to contribute.
